New Support Portal Features now On-Line

Following the success and positive feedback from our partners over the introduction of our web based support portal, Defacto is pleased to announce further upgrades to its internal systems to provide a better client experience at the portal.

New features such as more flexible and faster searching and group and sorting of logs are now available.

Sarah Ashton manages the support desk: “The old database served us well for 15 years but we now needed to embrace emerging technologies. The new system provides direct call log submission by e-mail and a web-based call status console where customers can check the progress of their logs and also submit responses. Direct RSS feeds into Office products are now also available to our customers.”
