For the last twelve years Defacto has made a charitable donation to the National Children’s Safety Books which then provides several class rooms at local schools with Safety Books helping educate primary school children on subjects including Stranger Danger, Road Safety, Drug Awareness.

In addition to providing this support again, we are very pleased to help the Northern Ireland House Building project by providing some sponsorship to a team of dedicated helpers who are to travel to Guatemala and embark on a mission to build ten houses for the locals.

We have supported the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in connection with some of our clients who have taken part in charity events (www.nationalmssocitey.org).  

Defacto is also pleased to take local students on work experience where possible.

We endeavour to invest in the local community and have been pleased to support the Leeds Grand and Sheffield Lyceum theatres.

Our sponsoship has extended to the York Hotel Athelic Football Club and also the Brighton Football (RU) Club.
